Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing coordination and project management, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Contract Details:
This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for full-time employment at the end of the contract. Please note that while there is an opportunity for a permanent role, there is no guarantee of full-time employment.
REPORTS TO: CMO/Social Media Coordinator
COMPENSATION: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Manage incoming content and organize it within the main folder on Google Drive, maintaining a structured and accessible filing system.
- Partnerships Communication: Respond to all Partnerships emails promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
- Database Management: Add all potential partnerships into our database for approval, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Customer Communication: Schedule deliveries and manage all communications with customers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Deliverable Management: Track and manage all agreed-upon deliverables, ensuring they are completed according to plan.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in marketing or project coordination is a plus.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. While the range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, the final offer amount will depend on the factors listed above.
