Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will support the PRGX marketing team in executing strategic marketing plans, initiatives, operations and administrative functions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant’s responsibilities could include, and may not be limited to, the following:

  • Data entry and data hygiene
  • Social media planning and content creation
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
  • Assist with production of sales materials
  • Support for trade show, client event and virtual event execution - organizing/maintaining event-related inventory, coordinating and shipping marketing materials as needed
  • Assist with maintaining marketing assets in Marketing and PRGX content libraries
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Coordinate Meetings
  • Travel and entertainment arrangements

Work Experience And Education Requirements

  • 1 year of general office, administrative or marketing related support experience
  • 1 year experience in sales, financial services, customer service or accounting
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
