Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will support the PRGX marketing team in executing strategic marketing plans, initiatives, operations and administrative functions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant’s responsibilities could include, and may not be limited to, the following:
Data entry and data hygiene
Social media planning and content creation
Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
Assist with production of sales materials
Support for trade show, client event and virtual event execution - organizing/maintaining event-related inventory, coordinating and shipping marketing materials as needed
Assist with maintaining marketing assets in Marketing and PRGX content libraries
Conduct competitive research
Coordinate Meetings
Travel and entertainment arrangements
Knowledge And Skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Internet Savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Work Experience And Education Requirements
1 year of general office, administrative or marketing related support experience
1 year experience in sales, financial services, customer service or accounting
Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
