The Opportunity

Are you an experienced B2B marketing pro that knows how to put together cross-channel marketing campaigns? The Marketing Campaign Specialist role at Cint may be just what you're looking for! We're searching for someone that can understand the needs of our customers, align those needs to the value we offer, and then put together and launch integrated marketing campaigns that work (drive leads, revenue, brand awareness, customer growth, etc.)!

Beyond B2B marketing experience, can you think like a business owner, put together a winning plan and then make great things happen? Do you like working with people and running cross-platform marketing campaigns in different places, like Australia, Germany and Texas? Please note: The role will require some flexibility of working hours, due to occasional virtual meetings with global stakeholders.

The Team

The Performance Marketing Team (led by Marc de Schweinitz) exists to make good things happen for the company, in-terms of bringing in new customers and helping our existing customers to grow and love working with us. We work on all sorts of fun projects and campaigns together, like bringing people to our website, showing them a great time at in-person events and conferences, inspiring and helping them through meaningful and captivation social campaigns and sending them emails that are useful, entertaining and really interesting to read...just to name a few things.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (mostly focused on creating leads and increasing brand awareness)in many countries
  • Figure out how to make things work even better, and have the initiative to step in and take action when you see something we could improve...every day
  • Develop great relationships with your co-workers, and work closely with them to create winning strategies and campaigns
  • Step-up when our team needs help with something that may not be your specialty, like hosting a webinar, running a meeting or figuring what type of tasty treats or other merch our customers might enjoy getting in the mail.
  • Speak-up at meetings, share your ideas and recommend things that are going to make a big impact to our customers and your fellow co-workers

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 1+ year of cross-channel marketing experience (email, social media, events, OOH, etc.)
  • College degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • Fluent English speaker and writer
  • Willing to work flexible hours, to accommodate occasional meetings with global stakeholders
  • B2B Marketing Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Customer marketing experience
  • Experience hosting and presenting on webinars and/or podcasts
  • Marketing campaigncreation and execution experience
  • B2B Email campaign marketing experience
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Marketing analytics experience and/or certifications
  • CRM (e.g. Salesforce) knowledge and experience
  • Business presentation development and delivery experience
  • B2B Marketing Experience: 4+ years

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annual base salary. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
