The Marketing Communications Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing the delivery of communications to students by analyzing various elements such as timing, recommended sender, method of dissemination, content, and the metrics used to measure effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance communication strategies and ensure that information reaches our student community in the most impactful way.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate the optimal timing for communication delivery to ensure maximum engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective time slots for different types of messages.
- Collaborate with other departments to align communication timing with key academic and administrative events.
- Analyze the impact of different senders (e.g., administrators, teachers, staff) on student engagement.
- Develop recommendations for the most appropriate sender based on the nature and urgency of the communication.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish sender guidelines.
- Assess the effectiveness of communication channels such as phone, text, email, and letters.
- Provide insights on the types of content that resonate best with students.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to optimize messaging for different communication methods.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of communication campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of different communication methods.
- Generate regular reports to assess the impact of communications on student engagement and satisfaction.
