Position Title: Marketing Coordinator III

Location Information: Remote

Position Responsibilities

• Support all event logistics in planning and executing events, primarily third-party conferences, including contract negotiation, budget management, booth design, AV setup, giveaways, and vendor staffing.
• Collaborate with global teams to support and execute high-profile programs.
• Manage end-to-end event delivery, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with Marketing team members and internal stakeholders.
• Process required documentation and system entries for all event activities.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, and provide prompt notification of any required adjustments.
• Utilize company tools and applications to produce events, communications, and reports.
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of event management experience in physical event environments, IT industry background preferred.
• Proven project leadership experience working in virtual team environments.
• Strong understanding of planning and executing physical events, with expertise in third-party conferences.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in various applications (Zoom, Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick adaptability to new tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-15% of time).
