Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator at DEXIS is pivotal in bolstering the North American marketing team’s initiatives, focusing on downstream marketing activities that encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities.

This Role Is Instrumental In
- Media and Ad Execution: Spearheading the dissemination of marketing content across various channels, including print ads, advertorials, and digital content.
- Dealer Partner Marketing Execution: Implementing strategic marketing plans for dealer partners, ensuring alignment with regional and national marketing objectives.
- Sales Support: Providing robust support to the sales team through weekly marketing updates, maintaining an up-to-date inventory of sales materials and ensuring all resources are current and effectively distributed.
- Events Support: Playing a key role in the execution of marketing events, including tradeshows, sales meetings, and educational events, managing logistics as needed. Ensure the global digital asset management and sales enablement platforms are accurate, updated, and operational.
- Clinical Education Support: Manage approval processes for customer-facing materials, support webinar execution, and oversee third-party contracts.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related is preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with interpersonal prowess, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
- The ability to interpret business-related documents and effectively convey information to various stakeholders is a must.
- Familiarity with the dental industry, marketing and events, and B2B sales
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and Showpad
- Adobe Workfront (Project Management) preferred
- CVENT preferred

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, communicate, operate a computer and a telephone. Work is conducted in a standard office and light manufacturing floor environment with moderate noise.
- Up to 10% overnight travel may be required for travel to tradeshows, dealer meetings, and other business-related travel.
