Who You Are:

You are an experienced designer, confident in your creative skills and ready to create stunning assets for a leader in visual media. You excel at producing marketing assets and materials as well as presenting your approach to a variety of teams, whether through video and motion graphics or static pieces. Self-sufficient in getting what you need to do your job right and on time, you handle project feedback and tight deadlines in stride. 

Your Next Challenge:

You are a key part of the E-commerce team, directly producing and developing interactive and engaging content across our brands and around the world.   

As a Marketing Designer, you are responsible for a variety of design solutions, from core site merchandising to promotional videos for both Getty Images and iStock. Your projects will be owned by you, from kickoff to final creative delivery, collaborating extensively with Copywriters, Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Localization, and SEO. Your designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain the highest level of quality and technical optimization.


You Will:
  • Create impactful product landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, and video’s to highlight Getty Images and iStock product offerings 
  • Develop concepts, execute design production, and ensure quality localization as needed, in both static and video media 
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with internal and external teams to explore a variety of perspectives 
  • Clearly present and discuss your work with stakeholders, translating brief objectives and company goals into effective solutions 
  • Ensure Getty Images and iStock brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all channels 
  • Contribute innovative ideas that put the customer at the heart of everything we do 
  • Design and select imagery with a global point of view, relying on regional guidance when needed 
  • Stay current on design best practices and trends


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or another relevant field 
  • 3–5 years of design experience, preferably on an in-house marketing team for a visual media, technology, or financial company (B2B experience preferred) 
  • Advanced knowledge of the entire Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects  
  • Video or motion graphics experience with a solid portfolio of applicable examples 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality of work 
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Dependable, positive, open-minded, and be able to clearly articulate your design choices to creative and non-creative stakeholders 
  • Experience with image compression, file correction, and optimization techniques 
  • Receptive attitude to feedback and a strong attention to detail 
  • An understanding of design elements, color, and composition, as well as a sensitivity to aesthetics and seasonal trends


Nice To Have:
  • Understanding of creative project management tools such as ClickUp, Wrike, Workfront, or Asana 
  • Experience in marketing reporting and analytics, such as understanding of A/B testing and knowledge in key metric identification for driving marketing performance 
  • Background or interest in photography 
  • Background or interest in AI
