We are an innovative leader in airspace safety, providing scalable drone detection technology that enhances security across diverse environments. Our real-time, actionable data plays a key role in ensuring safety and security across various sectors.
We are seeking to lead and expand our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on brand visibility, content creation, and industry engagement. This position offers flexibility with the option to work from our corporate office in Syracuse, NY, or remotely from other locations on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity. Lead brand campaigns to increase visibility and reputation across all channels.
- Content Marketing: Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences on various platforms. Ensure alignment with marketing goals, guiding potential clients through their journey from awareness to conversion.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive ABM initiatives by personalizing marketing efforts for high-value accounts. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align strategies and goals for maximum impact.
- Industry-Specific Marketing: Tailor marketing strategies to key industries such as energy, oil and gas, telecom, defense, and homeland security. Create targeted campaigns to position our brand as a leader in these sectors.
- Press and Analyst Relations: Build relationships with key media contacts and industry analysts. Coordinate press releases, media engagements, and briefings to increase our company's visibility and reputation.
- Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Set KPIs and regularly track performance to assess marketing effectiveness. Provide senior leadership with insights and reports on key metrics and return on investment (ROI).
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support marketing initiatives and extend market reach. Collaborate on joint campaigns to amplify impact.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals. Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to relay feedback and support product development.
- Proven Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive marketing strategies, particularly for technology companies. Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management is essential.
- Client-Centric Focus: A passion for creating exceptional client experiences by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Initiative and Ownership: Ability to take the lead on marketing campaigns with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Technical Proficiency and Curiosity: A solid understanding of complex technical concepts, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to break down complex challenges and implement effective solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing marketing strategies for technology companies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Demonstrated success with account-based marketing and experience in big-ticket sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Engagement Cloud.
- Experience managing remote marketing teams.
- Prior experience in the technology sector is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from \(130,000 to \)170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. We also offer a hybrid or remote work environment and potential stock options.
