Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing international marketing team. You will have the opportunity to propel your career forward by leveraging the platform, scale, and track record Phaidon International provides. We are seeking an intelligent, ambitious, and tenacious individual to inspire new and existing customers, create communities, and build brand awareness of Phaidon International and our six specialist brands.

Inspiring customers, creating communities, building awareness of Phaidon and increasing engagement via marketing is what you’ll live and breathe every day. Aligning your support and ideas with the commercial, customer and marketing plans, you will help optimize engagement specific to individual channels and craft marketing materials across various mediums, including website, adverts, events, social, audio, video, blogs and more.

You will also work closely with the wider global marketing & sales teams on priorities and objectives.

Be well-informed on marketing themes, trends and topics to ensure we stand out in the market.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a highly-motivated and driven individual who is passionate about marketing and has a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience (internships and part-time work will be considered)
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with examples to show previous work
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and experience managing social media campaigns
• Experience creating and sending email campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
• Basic knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships
• A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
• An interest in the professional services industry and a desire to learn more about talent acquisition and management
• The ability to think creatively and outside the box when it comes to marketing initiatives
