Marketing Manager

Location: San Jose, CA (OR) New York City, NY (OR) Bellevue, WA

Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite a week

Duration: 6 Months with high possibility of extension

Must Haves: They need to have strong content development skills, storytelling skills, ability to build case studies, know how to create video content. They will be expected to make content. They will also need product management skills. Both workers need to be ready to hit the ground running.

Interviewing: Two 30-45 minute interviews. One with the manager and one with a member of the marketing team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help support our B2C and C2C seller communication strategy and execution. You’ll partner with our Global Head of Marketing Communications and Events global marketing managers to execute against our global strategy in-market. In this role you will work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Performance Marketing and Product to help craft, deploy, experiment, measure and iterate on marketing initiative to drive awareness, consideration adoption and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Communications or related field.

• 4 years of relevant marketing experience in a direct sale, B2B organization (bonus points for experience in eCommerce media/ad sales)

• Experience in identifying and telling highly data-driven stories gleaned from first and third-party data

• Advocate for quality, bringing an eye for detail

• Self-starter who seeks out growth opportunities and projects and is capable of completing them start-to-finish cross-functionally

• Customer champion

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage through ambiguity.

• A team player who believes in ‘we’ over ‘me’. Excellent relationship building skills, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively and with positivity.
