In this position you will…
bolt’s Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels that help drive sales, promote products, and increase brand awareness. You will play a critical role in the team’s overall marketing efforts, taking the initiative and working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing programs that will drive growth. The ideal candidate should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy development and execution and be able to work across different marketing disciplines under tight deadlines to meet customer and company’s changing requirements.

You will be responsible for…
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop and execute marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Be able to handle deadlines and manage your own time successfully.
You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Experience creating various types of content, such as emails, website copy, press releases, blog content, etc.
- 3-5 years’ experience producing content and running an editorial calendar
- Strong ability to multitask and coordinate between different groups to develop a story
- 1-2 years’ experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
- Great time management skills and ability to meet publishing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Insurance industry experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
