Brevite is hiring a tenacious Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of Brevite’s marketing. The ultimate goal is to drive Brevite’s profitable growth performance, enhance its brand image, and take day-to-day marketing responsibilities off Brevite’s management team. You will lead Brevite’s marketing and report directly to our Co-Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar: Fully build out and own annual marketing calendar, including product launches, promotional periods, and other brand activities.
  • Full Funnel Marketing: Manage full-funnel performance marketing to drive profitable revenues. This includes,
  • Paid Ads: Work alongside Brevite’s media buyers to drive performance on Meta and Google. This includes working with Brevite’s content team to deliver high-performing ad creative.
  • Landing Pages: Manage ongoing creation and testing of landing pages to improve Brevite’s onsite experience and conversion of customers.
  • Website / CRO: Implement various website changes and improve the overall website experience by managing conversion rate optimization tests.
  • Email & SMS: Ensure email campaigns/flows and SMS are being sent to customers while looking to improve performance.
  • Social Media: Work alongside Brevite’s marketing team to oversee and ensure consistent posting across Brevite’s social channels
  • Own our e-commerce / digital marketing budget and P&L; develop budget and forecasting, monitor financial performance, and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce, omnichannel growth marketing experience, ideally within the consumer goods (CPG) space
  • Direct experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Klayvio, Postscript, etc.)
  • Experience owning, measuring, and managing budget, forecasting, and performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
  • A scrappy and enthusiastic proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A natural people manager, and love nurturing and developing individuals and teams to meet their full potential
  • High emotional intelligence, low ego, and self-awareness, which encourage positive energy, passion, and fun throughout the organization
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for delivering clear and persuasive messaging across various platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in using data analytics to drive marketing strategies and evaluate performance.
  • Well-versed in marketing technologies and platforms, including e-commerce systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven creative acumen with a track record of crafting effective and innovative marketing strategies.

  • The compensation range for this role is a $70K-$90K
