Marketing Manager

We are searching for a ridiculously hard working, positive and organised individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager (with an initial specific focus on affiliate marketing).

This is a remote US role, you will be working virtually with our Lucky Egg team in the UK.

Lucky Egg is a game startup that was founded in 2021. We are self funded and don't rely on outside investment.

We design our games in-house at our office in Soho. We then manufacture and sell those games online and to retailers around the world.

They don’t need heavy direction. They don’t need daily check-ins. They do what a manager would do - set the tone, assign items, determine what needs to get done, etc. - but they do it by themselves and for themselves.

These people free you from oversight. They set their own direction. When you leave them alone, they surprise you with how much they’ve gotten done. 📋 Any requirements?

We prioritise a culture fit over experience - "skills can be taught but attitude can't". We need someone to come in and not be afraid to tell us what we are doing wrong, what we can

do better and make suggestions that will fundamentally drive the business forward.

📅 What would I be doing?

The aim with this role is to get our product in front of as many eyeballs as possible, to show those

people how fun our products are and to convert those viewers into customers.

Here are some of the main areas of focus:

● Developing and implementing the affiliate marketing strategy on TikTok Shop and Amazon Affiliates

● Developing and implementing the influencer/content creator marketing strategy (looking at

● bigger influencers and content creators)

● Measuring ROI on the affiliate & influencer strategies and optimising to improve them

● General marketing (including getting our products in front of relevant eyeballs on LinkedIn e.g. buyers from important retailers).
