Duties:
Measure and analyze performance through reports and dashboards across Segments and Go to Markets to optimize strategies and conversion rates
Succinctly summarize findings and highlight business impacts, making recommendations on next steps as appropriate
Review large data sets for inconsistencies and investigate root causes
Bring a data-driven approach with an eye on process optimization and change management
Monitor campaign creationto ensure fields are set up correctly for lead scoring and routing
Support ad hoc data requests from Field Marketing on the state of the business
Skills:
3+ years in marketing or marketing specialist roles
A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require strategic end-to-end thinking and cross-functional collaboration
Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment
Comfortable pulling and analyzing large datasets
Experience building reports and dashboards to form actionable, data-driven conclusions
Excellent oral and written communication with an emphasis on enablement
Hands-on experience with SFDC, Tableau or related Marketing technologies
Experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise industry
