Are you an experienced, motivated marketer with a passion for driving results? We’re seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns to fuel demand, acquisition, and pipeline growth. You’ll be responsible for driving key performance metrics, understanding our strategic goals, and running impactful programs and campaigns through advertising, email nurtures, events, webinars, paid media, chat playbooks, partner collaborations, and more. As a data-driven professional, you’ll analyze program impact, continuously innovate, and test new ideas and channels based on your expertise. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to understand our account-based marketing strategy and empower yourself to lead campaigns that drive impactful results aligning with our team’s goals and KPIs.

• Design, build, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns, collaborating and partnering with internal and external stakeholders; Marcomm, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Business Development, Design Agencies, and others.

• Leveraging a mix of different tactics, support and fuel account progression, through expanding our reach and engagement within our target accounts, and growing our marketable database.

• Monitor, analyze, optimize, and report on all program performance, effectively communicating successes and learnings, and making data-driven decisions and recommendations.

• Leverage Asana to effectively manage your large volume of projects and provide visibility into the real-time status of each initiative. 


Required Skills/Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of wide variety of demand generation fundamentals; online advertising, remarketing, webinars, events, paid media, email marketing and email nurtures, chat playbooks, direct mail, partner collaborations, etc. 

• Strong project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of projects and tasks at a given time. 

• Highly analytical with an appreciation for data, the ability to track KPIs, identify trends, and the mindset to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to effectively review, edit, and approve all copywriting and design elements within your campaigns to produce cohesive, high-quality outputs.

• A dynamic, influential individual with determination, ambition, and resilience, dedicated to achieving exceptional performance outcomes.

Education and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation / marketing program management.

• Expertise in a well-rounded tech stack. Marketo, 6Sense, Asana, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoom, Salesforce, Drift, Sendoso, Hot Jar, Google Analytics, all strongly preferred.

• Account based marketing experience strongly preferred.
