Talent Strategist for Tech Marketing, Communication & Creative Roles

Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for an Austin-area-based Marketing Project Manager to join our team supporting our Fortune 50 enterprise consulting services client. This role is focused on our client's partner alliances, working closely with client and alliance partner marketers, and conducting hands-on project management for tactical marketing deliverables (online marketing and webcasts, seminars, sales conferences, and industry conferences). We are seeking 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing project management with large, enterprise organizations. While this team works primarily remotely from home offices, we can only consider candidates already based in Texas with a preference for the Austin area.

  • Plan, execute, and support integrated marketing campaign tactics across a mix of marketing efforts
  • Coordinate logistics around events (primary need: sponsorship, pre-event nurture, post-event follow-up, onsite experience design)
  • Manage assets/content related to website pages
  • Manage development of thought leadership and case studies
  • Develop collateral materials and presentations leveraging existing content and working with internal teams
  • Email marketing support for nurture and event-related campaigns
  • Develop client-services relationships across internal client leaders and alliance partners
  • Liaison comprises problem-solvers with a client-services mindset, so your role may extend beyond the previously listed items; various other responsibilities may include taking notes on conference calls for client delivery, PowerPoint creation/editing, and other tactical/clerical tasks as needed

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
  • Experience working in a large corporate marketing environment is required; Fortune 1000, tech, software, and/or alliances are strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects, developing schedules, effectively communicating status updates, and keeping projects and documents organized
  • Experience with in-person/virtual events and managing related logistics
  • Skilled at collaborating and building relationships with high-level marketers partnering on high-quality marketing deliverables
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on the details of hands-on delivery of webcasts, seminars, sales conferences, and vendor conferences
  • While this team works primarily remotely from home offices, we can only consider candidates already based in Texas with a preference for the Austin area
