SALARY

$65,000-$70,000 annually

SHIFT

Day Shift - Sun-Wed (8:00am-6:30pm)

OVERVIEW

The Supervisor, Materials Distribution is responsible for overseeing daily operations and directing assigned Supply Specialists to facilitate the distribution medical supplies throughout the hospital and maintain adequate inventory levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily oversight to Materials Distribution staff and direct departmental activities
• Prioritize work, delegate assignments, and monitor progress of staff objectives
• Facilitate issue resolution for customer escalations and service level deficiencies
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to ensure productivity standards are met.
• Serve as subject matter expert on company policies and departmental procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of supervisory experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management
• Demonstrated career progression with ability to lead team of at least 5 direct reports
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Lean six sigma certification or process improvement experience
• Knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
