My client, a pioneering company at the forefront of revolutionary energy technology, are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. Their mission is to advance the future of sustainable energy by developing cutting-edge fusion reactors that are cost-effective, compact, and scalable.
This role is crucial to the development and optimization of my client's groundbreaking fusion reactor technology. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for fusion reactor technology.
Perform engineering analysis to ensure systems meet performance and safety requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other subsystems.
Conduct testing and validation of mechanical components and systems.
Identify and resolve mechanical issues, proposing effective solutions and improvements.
Document engineering processes, specifications, and results.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
3+ years experience as a mechanical engineer in the fusion sector, energy sector, or related field
Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with high-tech or energy-related projects is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
