The Med-Legal Liaison will be responsible for serving as a liaison between medical professionals and legal professionals in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Injury Attorney Marketer and Traumatic Brain Injury Educator. The Med-Legal Liaison will work closely with medical professionals to ensure that all necessary medical documentation is obtained and provided to legal professionals in a timely manner. Additionally, the Med-Legal Liaison will educate legal professionals on the medical aspects of personal injury cases, particularly those involving traumatic brain injuries.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals
Obtain and provide medical documentation to legal professionals
Educate legal professionals on the medical aspects of personal injury cases, particularly those involving traumatic brain injuries
Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to personal injury cases
Attend meetings with medical and legal professionals to discuss cases
Stay up-to-date on medical and legal developments related to personal injury cases
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience as a Personal Injury Attorney Marketer
Experience as a Traumatic Brain Injury Educator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
