About The Job

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a creative Media Coordinator to orchestrate our media narrative across the Americas region. This role is a cornerstone in harmonizing our online and offline presence, ensuring that each campaign not only meets but exceeds the expectations set by our legacy.

Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive planning for both digital and traditional media campaigns including digital display, print media, Out-of-Home (OOH), and lightbox initiatives.
  • Implement campaigns with precision in partnership with the Media Manager and collaborate closely with local agencies to ensure coordinated strategies across all channels.
  • Lead financial accuracy by meticulously overseeing budgets against cross-platform media plans.
  • Contribute to strategy development alongside the Media Manager for efficient channel mix to achieve campaign goals.
  • Directly engage with Louis Vuitton Headquarters for campaign creative direction—from lightbox concepts to digital display content creation.
  • Coordinate an intricate calendar for lightbox allocation, production schedules, and updates.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics in concert with merchandise trends to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams such as Merchandising, Communications, Store Planning as well as external partners including agencies and shopping center media groups.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in print or digital media within a high-profile brand or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is needed for communicating effectively and leading sophisticated timelines.
  • Independently drive projects forward while also being highly organized to meet overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A diligent approach ensuring all creative aspects—layout, color palette, copy—are perfectly aligned with Louis Vuitton’s global standards before going into production.

Additional information

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $28-$30 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
