Medical Science Liaison

Position: Director, Clinical Trial Liaison

Location: Remote, Preferably Central Time Zone (CST) or Eastern Time Zone (ET)

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Clinical Trial Liaison, to join a leading company in the autoimmune and immunology space. This role is crucial for fostering communication between clinical trial sites and internal departments, with a focus on improving patient enrollment and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). If you have a strong background in autoimmune and immunology, particularly with CAR-T or T-cell therapies, and are ready to travel extensively, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between clinical trial investigators and internal teams.
• Develop strategic plans to support clinical trial sites.
• Manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
• Conduct site visits and support investigators in overcoming enrollment challenges.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
• 10+ years in clinical trials, with at least 5 years managing KOL relationships.
• Expertise in autoimmune and immunology, with a preference for CAR-T or T-cell experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $220,000 - $230,000 per year, with potential for sign-on bonuses.
