Merchandising Operations Assistant, FTW & ACC

The Assistant, Sample Coordinator will organize and manage all samples for Collection Apparel, Footwear/ Accessories, Purple Label Apparel, Footwear/ Accessories and Women’s Polo Footwear/ Accessories.

• Facilitate quarterly showroom set up & breakdown for market in partnership with Global teams.
• Sample management and tracking for brands/categories, as well as working with Library/ PR/ Celebrity Dressing/ Advertising/ and Digital.
• Communicate with vendors on a regular basis to ensure timely receipt and return of appropriate samples.
• Manage delivery and shipment of samples to/from ALL RL corporate locations which includes international & local.
• Responsible for document creation and maintenance –sample inventory and anything related to samples using excel, one drive, Adobe XD and or AirTable.
• Assist merchant leads with ad hoc projects, as needed.
  
  

Salary range: $24.04 - $42.79 hourly

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented & accurate.
• Resourceful, efficient and able to take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Priority and time management.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, Adobe applications, AirTable, MicroStrategy and GFE+ (if applicant has previous experience at Ralph Lauren).
