Job Responsibilities

  • Assembling raw footage
  • Creating a 'rough cut' and final cut
  • Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and voice-overs
  • Inputting and creating graphics to enhance footage
  • Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
  • Working closely with the CD and team to present a final product
  • Identify and implement improvements in the video editing process
  • Keep up to date with the latest video marketing trends
  • Implement creative notes from stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Proof reading to avoid typos and errors
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios across streaming and social channels
  • Understanding of video encoding formats
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction professionally

Expert in one or two of the following Software:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, Knowledge of After Effects is preferred
  • Skilled in both Graphics Animation and Video Editing
  • Additionally, some experience in Adobe XD and Blender

May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
