The Role

Pinger is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for working with our internal creatives to support the production of both static and motion/video Marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand narratives across Pinger’s various in-app, digital, social, and paid channels. This role will work closely with our Social Media, Marketing, and Growth teams to execute the brand's creative vision, ensuring that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and standards, as well as company objectives

Responsibilities

• Support our Marketing & Growth teams with design assets for all related initiatives.
• Work closely and brainstorm with our internal creative team to conceptualize creative assets, then transform concepts into visual executions that articulate Pinger’s brands and deliver on business needs.
• Design static and motion assets including social media posts (with an emphasis on animated, motion, and video posts for TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts), App Store and website collateral, paid ads, and other marketing collateral.
• Reformat and resize digital files to multiple dimensions and file formats, as needed.
• Organize and manage design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Publish articles and blogs on WordPress as needed.
• Perform routine updates and maintenance to web properties.
• Present work-in-progress to stakeholders weekly, and incorporate all feedback into thoughtful final assets.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and in the correct formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and social media trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major (or significant coursework) in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines preferred; or a combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with AfterEffects required; experience with other motion tools such as Premiere and Cinema4D is a plus.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required; experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, and other digital creative tools is a plus.
• Experience with AI creative tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, and Jasper AI is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinker comfortable with design exploration.
• Effective communicator who can prioritize and manage work while adhering to timelines.
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Problem solver with an analytical and inquisitive mind
