Job Description

• Status: Part-time
• Schedule: Weekend coverage (Saturday/Sunday), 8-10 hour shift coverage. Clinic hours of operation are from 7 am - 6 pm.
  
  

Qualification Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited academic program in Radiologic Technology.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or the American Registry of Clinical Radiography Technologists.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a radiologic technologist in the last 2 years.
  
  

Job Duties

• Perform routine diagnostic radiological procedures/services.
• Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures.
• Provide in-house diagnostic radiological services.
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing/incoming radiographs.
• Process digital images and submit them for interpretation by radiologists.
• Ensure patients are properly prepared for procedures and obtain necessary consent.
• Perform radiology examinations and procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
• Evaluate image quality and make initial observations.
• Adapt examination protocols to improve diagnostic quality.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring quality care in the radiology department or clinic.
• Document all procedures and maintain records in accordance with policies.
• Perform system calibrations and quality control tasks.
• Recognize equipment malfunctions and initiate repair call procedures.
• Observe and report symptoms or situations requiring immediate attention or emergency measures.
