Life long connections are made from the work we do! Not all the time do we make lasting connections and become friends with people we meet but in this community of mutual Radiology professionals we have alot in common and tend to keep those connections. I got to revisit a training location in Milledgeville, Ga this week where I did a training almost 5 years prior. I got to hang out with the same tech who gave me a recipe I still use to this day for cilantro/jalapeño sauce. I love what I do! Also, shoutout to this hospital utilizing Metrasens and having badge controll access to enter Zone 3. They made the most out of their floor plan and without a true Zone 2 they added some steps which I absolutely love. How to properly zone and restrict access in the MRI environment!! Safety starts with controlled access! Great example at this hospital. I just want to give kudos to those who are actively trying to get it right in the midst of the accidents we see in MRI. Let's encourage every MRI department to implement environment control and safety measures. The more..the better. ADC map creation manually on GE MRI. My first attempts to try and create some short vids that may help the average users. With all the specialized stuff we tend to forget about the simple things. So as techs have asked me and the team will try our best to start making short vids.
