About the properties:

Echo Park - 154 Apartments, 3 mid-rise buildings built in 2016. They have modern finishes and great amenities (we just added hybrid offices and a content creator room!). We only need about 2-3 leases per week to hit our goals, and we are giving away Taylor Swift tickets as a promo. We are a fun company!

Forest Ridge - 114 Apartments, literally in the forest and so nice and attainably priced. Lots of long term residents, high renewal retention and just a great, smaller community.

Be teachable and able to teach.

What will you do?

Follow up on leads, be an expert on your community, and lease apartments.

Take an active role in marketing trends, content creation, advertisement assessment and local outreach.

Process payments and handle delinquency (currently quite low).

Manage and engage with residents regarding renewals.

Host, plan, promote, and enjoy resident events.

Address, defuse, and resolve resident concerns.

Perform inspections for move-ins, move outs, pre-move in sparkling, and affirmation of make ready.
