Network Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manager workload from the staff.
• All voice technology. Telecommunications, Microsoft teams is extremely important.
• Backend experience on Microsoft platform. Tweak call flows. Experience with NICE.
• Involved in discussing changes to the platforms with key stakeholders as another representative on the team.
• Trying to automate the activation on the teams calling.
  
  

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Requird Keywords: (NETWORK OR NOC OR NETWORKING) AND (CCNA OR CCNP OR CCDP OR CCIE OR CCSE) AND (MICROSOFT OR O365 OR "O 365" OR MCSA OR MCSD OR MCSE) AND (NICE).
• CISCO certifications, CCNA etc., over a degree, Microsoft team certified
• 2-4 years
• Backend, Microsoft
• Confluence, ServiceNow
