Network Security Manager

Job Overview:
As the Network Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the security posture of our network infrastructure. You will lead a team of security professionals, develop security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in protecting our organization's assets from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and maintain network security policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
* Lead and mentor a team of network security professionals.
* Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability tests, and risk analyses.
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to design secure network solutions.
* Stay updated on the latest security technologies, trends, and threats.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Report on network security status and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in network security management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
* Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
