Network Systems Administrator

The Network Systems Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining an organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will troubleshoot network issues, manage network hardware and software, and implement upgrades to keep systems up-to-date. What you’ll do:

• Duties include delegating Level 2 and 3 issues (40%), managing vendors and projects (50%)
• Work in an Office 365 environment, troubleshooting applications, and running the command line
• Utilize tools such as Office 365, PowerShell, Salesforce, and Cisco.
• Interact and manage the Help Desk Technician. Identify root causes
• Own projects and maintain essential IT operations and security
• Work alongside the Software Development team on projects.
• Work with enterprise solutions ranging from Salesforce, NetSuite and Oracle, cloud of applications, and infrastructure Meraki
  
  
  

Who you are:

• 5 years in an Office 365 environment (Power Shell).
• Hands on individual and someone who is able to work through and identify critical issues with customers and internal teams.
• Command line skills to efficiently manage and automate various tasks within Level 2 & 3 support.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
