New Business Intern

About this role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Business Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our New Business Manager in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to market research and analysis. This internship provides hands-on experience in business development and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to support business development strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market research findings.
  
  

Lead Generation:

• Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research and industry publications.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
  
  

Client Relationship Management:

• Help maintain client relationships by providing support and addressing inquiries.
• Record and track client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  
  

Qualifications

• MUST be currently enrolled in a university or Master's program and local to the NYC area.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
