The position supports the New Business Team by providing a foundation to the department’s productivity as well as overall operational support. The Team Support Coordinator will assist in managing new application submissions, payments, and medical record collection. This is a full-time opportunity working a hybrid schedule from our NYC office.

Job Accountabilities

  • Process new business applications (life, disability insurance, etc.) in collaborating with Lenox case managers and underwriters
  • Scan and upload documents to our client management database
  • Update client information and policy record maintenance
  • Coordinate policy issuance and distribution, communicate with financial advisors and their support staff
  • Responsible for ordering medical records, follow-ups, and communicating updates
  • Manage incoming payments and deposits, collaborating with the accounting team
  • Provide ad hoc support for projects and tasks as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, departments, and external partners

  • Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 –$65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
