Roles And Responsibilities

Position Description:

Assembly operations of gun systems in a team or environment.

Typical Duties

Typical duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies and top level assemblies for gun systems.
  • Conduct teardown, evaluate and reassembly of remanufactured products.
  • Follow detailed operating procedures and collect/record data as necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to interpret and work to drawings
  • Ability to complete processes that require tight tolerances

Education/Experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience working on Mechanical assemblies.
  • Mechanical aptitude needed.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry 40 lbs.
  • Able to work a 4/10 (Mon-Thurs) 5 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. schedule, work overtime and some weekends if needed.
  • Must be familiar with micrometers/calipers, torque wrenches and harbor presses.
  • Must be able to work as a team.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work overtime and some weekends if needed.
