Overview: Our client, a leading herbal nutraceutical manufacturer and wholesaler, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Account Manager to join their Sales Force in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding sales to existing accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating effectively, and consistently moving customers towards commitment.

Compensation includes a base salary between $60-100k (highly negotiable based upon experience) plus commissions. This is a full-time opportunity that includes full benefits and other perks.

Essential Functions: Market Expansion: Increase market share by seeking new sales opportunities, leveraging professional product experience and knowledge to drive new sales. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain current relationships while developing new and potential customers. Sales Planning: Research and prepare a sales plan tailored to each customer’s needs. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed. Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality department and Top Management to meet customer needs and business targets. Promotion: Attend trade shows and visit customers on-site to promote the company’s concept and image to existing and potential customers. Reporting: Report activities and final results to top management weekly. Other Duties: Perform other tasks as identified.

Position Expectations: Genuine team spirit and a flexible attitude. Ability to creatively solve problems using analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the Nutraceutical industry. Outstanding consultative selling abilities, strong negotiation, and closing skills. Organized, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates excellent phone and email etiquette. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet annual sales goals. BSc/BA in a relevant field is considered a plus. Fluent in English is required.
