Job Description

Unlock and develop your organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and become part of a small dynamic group with the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities in producing high quality reports. The Administrative Assistant is responsible to organize, coordinate and control the flow of confidential reports for the final customer review for pre-employment background checks.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: College degree preferred in Humanities, Public Administration, Paralegal Studies, Business Management, or Human Resources.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an office environment, with a preference for those with customer service or administrative experience.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment without losing focus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to assess problems, analyze possible solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Ethical Judgment and Integrity: Strong sense of ethics and integrity, with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
  • Technological Savvy: Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Security and Background Checks: Must be able to pass a security clearance to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) and a drug test.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Paralegal and legal experience in an office setting.
