Office Intern

Part-time Office Intern, $22/hour

Are you a motivated college student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic dental office environment? We are seeking a part-time intern to join our team at Life Oral Health located in Newport Beach. This internship offers a competitive rate of $22 per hour and valuable exposure to the operations of a modern dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit document templates for office forms and correspondence using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Implement document storage on Dropbox
• Utilize proficiency in MS Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Take initiative in learning new tasks and procedures, demonstrating a self-starter mentality
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients and staff
• Support office staff in daily operations to as needed

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college program, pursuing a degree related to business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
