Job Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Call Leads and set appointments
  • Purchasing of materials
  • Payment of Bills
  • Scheduling
  • Organize & maintain the office condition
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • {rovide general support to all visitors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative services
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience with salesforce & quickbooks
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi lingual a plus
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
