We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Call Leads and set appointments
- Purchasing of materials
- Payment of Bills
- Scheduling
- Organize & maintain the office condition
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- {rovide general support to all visitors
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative services
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Previous experience with salesforce & quickbooks
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi lingual a plus
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
