Office Manager

Job Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational activities of the organization with 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee purchasing and shipping and inventory.
• Work facilities maintenance.
• Provide administrative assistance to management team.
• Manage a small team of administrative staff (2).
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
• Vendor relations
• Some HR responsibilities.

• Previous experience in operations and management
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
