We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school's office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient administrative support across various departments.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating office activities, overseeing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and organized school environment.
The Office Manager reports to the Director of Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Support the Director of Finance and Operations
Manage and implement Emergency Preparedness plan
Manage and supervise receptionists, janitor, and other support staff
Oversee the School's cleanliness and sanitation.
Manage maintenance planning
Monitor and maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring timely reordering when necessary
Assist in the organization and coordination of school events and activities
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements
Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters and packages
Travel arrangement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience as an Office Manager
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites
Experience with office management software and systems
Knowledge of school operations and administrative processes is a plus

Annual salary
The annual salary for this position ranges between $65,000 and $75,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
