Office Manager
A leading investment firm specializing in global multi-strategy asset management is seeking a motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their New York headquarters! - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage the office budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential information.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Serve as a point of contact for building management and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
