Job Description

Seattle Love Broker is a professional matchmaking and full-service relationship advisory firm in Seattle, WA.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Office Manager with strong organizational skills to join a small boutique relationship service and matchmaking company.

TASKS

  • Assist owner with restructuring company organization..
  • Increase efficiency of company operations.
  • Contact clients via phone and email.
  • Organize and take notes on company activities.
  • Take initiative with digital marketing, social media management and strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and manage schedules for apprentices.
  • Learn about the company and support a developing relationship consulting agency.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Promotes a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members

TIME COMMITMENT

  • 12-20 hours/wk for the first 2 weeks probationary period/training. Open to 25-35 hours/week after.

Qualifications

  • Proven organizational skills
  • Previous management and operations experience preferred
  • Ability to create or assist with creating systems and processes
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
  • The following skillsets are complimentary to the role but not necessary must-haves: graphic design, digital marketing, social media management, videography editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Time management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative skills

This position is intended for someone who has previous professional work experience, not an entry level position.

Work Remotely

  • LIMITED REMOTE WORK: 20% first month, then gradually increase to 60% remote after 3-6 months
  • If you are willing to be on Zoom all of your remote hours, then 100% remote hours could be considered.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour + bonus + commission

  • Flexible time, employee can choose time between 8am and 5pm (average 3-4hrs/day to start, 5-7hrs/day after trial period)
  • Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday afternoons)

Ability to commute:

  • Seattle, WA: Reliably commute to office 2 to 3 times each week.

Education:

Associate Degree minimum

Experience:

  • Office Management: 2 years or more (Required)
  • Canva: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Premiere: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Social media strategy: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person with some remote.
