Fontaine Modification is looking for a summer intern responsible for assisting payroll and HR departments with auditing of employee files, scanning and converting paper files to digital and other miscellaneous clerical task.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull and scan files for electronic conversion.
• Utilize retention policy timeline to identify files ready to be stored or shred
• Communicate missing items from files to HR.
• Separate files according to employee status.
• Perform other duties as assigned
