We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to be a part of the Centralized Onboarding Team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/pay rolled employees ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations. In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/pay rolled employees ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations. Responsibilities Of The Onboarding Coordinator
- Facilitate associate onboarding activities including:
- Required federal/state mandated documents such as Form I-9, Form W-4, State specific Tax Forms
- Client specifics documents
- Pre-employment screenings and other onboarding tasks as needed
- Execute daily follow-ups to associates
- Enter/update associate information into Atriums HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Maintain/update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress
- Role consists of 100% account administration
- Experience: 1+ years of work experience
- Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with associates
- Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and steps into the associate’s shoes and show you care
- Curiosity: understand the associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping
- Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating
- Delight: constantly think about making associate happy and always go the extra mile
- Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggest solutions
- Diligence: thorough, meticulous, and have astonishing attention to detail
- Positivity: warm, upbeat, and energizing and will brighten anyone’s day
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Bachelor’s degree is required
