Operational Risk Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Operational Risk Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients across various industries to analyze their operational processes, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. You will leverage your expertise in risk assessment, process improvement, and regulatory compliance to provide actionable recommendations that strengthen organizational resilience and ensure business continuity.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive assessments of their operational processes, procedures, and systems.
• Identify and evaluate potential operational risks, including but not limited to process failures, human error, technology disruptions, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute risk assessments, including scenario analysis and risk quantification, to prioritize and mitigate operational risks.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on risk controls, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans to minimize the impact of identified risks.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, audit, and business operations to ensure alignment and integration of risk management practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in operational risk management.
