About the role:
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.

About the role:
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
What you’ll do:
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
- Fluency in English
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
