Role: Operations Analyst
Location: 100% remote (Any time zone)
Pay Rate: $23/hr, paid weekly, benefits available
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm EST
Training: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm EST
Assignment Length: 6 months, opportunity for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance, and business need
Duties
This is a remote position working from anywhere in the United States that will be a part of the Vendor Operations Management Team within the Enterprise Print & Distribution (EP&D) organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor supplier jobs and escalate missed service level agreements as appropriate
- Provide production support for any issues that may arise on responsibilities that are assigned
- Document issues and communicate the impact
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Serve as a program/product owner and collaborate with the supplier(s) and key stakeholders as needed
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Coordinate, facilitate and actively participate in meetings, updates, escalations, and requests with key stakeholders.
- Inventory management oversight with attention to detail and understanding of business requirements
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and assist with cross-training as needed
- This position may also be involved in various print optimization projects

- Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills in a virtual environment
- Ability to simplify complex processes. Understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflows.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including priority setting and time management
- Demonstrates strong relationship-building and team-integration skills
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to drive results in fluid or ambiguous environments
- Proficient in Microsoft applications – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Operations Management experience is highly desired.
- Print/mail experience a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree with a preferred emphasis in Business Administration or a similar area of study.
