Operations Associate

Our client, a Skin Care Brand, is looking for a Part-Time Operations Associate to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, beginning ASAP (20-30 hours/week to start). In this role, you will play an important part in improving customer service processes and standards, including assessing platforms, procedures and policies that aim to maximize customer satisfaction. You will also operate as the point person for third-party logistics.

Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Work with third-party logistics and the CFO to streamline inventory processes for all orders.
• Make sure supply chain and inventory best practices are being carried out.
• Keep consistent, precise reports that monitor FC time to receive and receiving accuracy.
• Leverage inventory data to specify and fix warehouse-related issues impacting consumers and provide support to operational teams in fixing underlying issues.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years wholesale space / operations experience.
• Basic understanding of the pick/pack/ship process, EDI and ERP.
• Excellent organization skills, detail orientation, and time management.
• Ability to manage complex projects from idea to execution.
