This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in working with a family-run company and supporting in crucial tasks like data management, invoicing, vendor communications, and inventory tracking.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and validating vendors’ invoices
Organizing and managing records
Creating reports and spreadsheets in Excel for project tracking
Tracking orders and resolving vendor issues
Reconciling monthly inventory
Assisting with various ad hoc projects
Preparing weekly inventory reports for the sales team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience
Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus
Strong MS Excel skills (Formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Location and Hours:
Onsite at our San Francisco office
Standard 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM hours
