Operations Coordinator

The Role: Operations Coordinator

The City: O pen to location but candidate should be on east coast hours

(Remote, 20+ hours a week)

The Money: $25- 30 Per Hour | Contract for at least 6 months+

The Day-to-Day:

• Support implementation of the contracts process
• Coordinate with legal and procurement teams
• Track contract milestones and deliverables
• Process and manage invoices
• Monitor and track expenses
• Administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ad hoc projects
  
  
  

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in an operations and/or coordinator role
