The Role

We are seeking motivated Operations Analysts with distinct focuses to support our LLM training projects for enterprise clients. Both roles require a blend of exceptional operational skills, technical understanding, attention to detail, and client communication skills.

The candidates must be able to maintain EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own parts of operational workflows ensuring timely and successful delivery to clients.
• Monitor and track daily production, quality, and average handling time (AHT) KPIs, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Analyze data to track output, identify trends, and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Coordinate the scaling up and down of project teams based on client requirements and project scope changes, managing the onboarding and offboarding process for team members
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure correct implementation of each LLM project’s technical setup.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience managing complex operations projects, ideally in client-facing roles.
• Experience from top-tier investment banks or management consulting firms is preferred.
• Familiarity with large language models and AI technologies (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong background in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving in challenging scenarios.
